RETURNS POLICY

Right to Return : There is a 14 day period (from the date on which you receive your order), in which orders may be cancelled and a full refund issued, save for perishable goods. On cancelling the order, the product(s) must be returned within 14 days of the date of cancellation. The products must be returned in their original delivered condition .if the goods are not faulty, we will not bear the cost of return delivery.

Faulty Product(s) : If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products you must post them back to us, or, if they are not suitable for posting, for example, if they contain broken glass, allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the cost of postage or collection. Please call customer services on 0203 500 2057 or email us at [support@funkyfoodie.com] for a return label or to arrange collection. We are entitled to request further evidence, in the form of photographs or other evidence, as proof of the fault before issuing the return label or a refund.

Refunds : refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, but may take up to 30 working days after we have received the returned product(s). The refund will be made to your credit / debit card used to pay for that specific order.
