Shrimp are one of those perfect marinade foods. This recipe can be used as a party appetizer. That’s especially true when you have a marinade with the fiery heart of Flying goose Hot Sriracha. It is time to add some heat and get jiggy with it.This spicy Sriracha Shrimp is super fast and easy to make. You can top it off with some green onions but it is delicious without them as well. This recipes simply adds tons of rich flavor. If you're looking to introduce seafood to your family, shrimp is the best way to start and this is the perfect recipe for them.


  • 500g Medium/large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3/4 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2/3 cup Water
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 yellow, green, red bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Salad
  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp Flying Goose Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce


In a mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate mixing bowl combine water, beaten egg and oil. Add wet ingredients to dry and mix thoroughly.

Dip shrimp into batter to coat. Drop shrimp into hot oil and fry for 30 - 60 seconds or until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towel.

Warm tortillas. Divide vegetables over four tortillas. Top with fried shrimps and drizzle with Flying Goose Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce.
