A dish that tastes great and is full of goodness as it has veggies in it!

Ingredients

  • 1 CUP SAMLIP UDON NOODLES
  • SALT
  • 3 TBSP OIL
  • 1 CUP VEGGIES, cut long and finely sliced – (carrot, capsicum,onion, cucumber)
  • A few spinach leaves
  • Sugar to taste
  • TO BE GROUND INTO A FINE PASTE:
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 red chillies

Method

Boil the noodles.

Fry the boiled noodles in 1 ½ tablespoons of oil.

Now heat the remaining oil in another pan. Fry the paste for a few minutes.

Add the vegetables and fry again for a few minutes.

Now add the fried noodles, sugar and salt to the vegetables. Mix well.

GARNISH: Cucumber slices and sliced spring onions. Serve hot.
