Mango is known as the king of fruits in the Asian tropics and the Alphonso mangoes from western India are the king among mangoes. You can eat them as they are, but can also be transformed into many delicious desserts. The mango sorbet is the ideal dessert to beat the summer heat with a summer fruit.

  • Laila Alphonso Mango Pulp - 1 whole tin (850 gms)
  • Salt – a small pinch
