A skewer of farm fresh vegetables grilled to crisp exteriors is a great ingredient in any barbeque menu which has an overload of meat grills. All you need is mozzarella cheese, sliced veggies, olive oil, pita pockets, and a grill. Brush the pita with oil, layer on the veggies and cheese, and then grill until the pita is crisp, the veggies are tender and the cheese is melted. But you can take it to a whole new level with Bufalo Salsa Picante de Cacahuate.


  • Mozzarella Cheese – 200 gm
  • Bell peppers – Red, Yellow and Green – 100 gm of each
  • Cottage cheese or Tofu – 200 gm
  • Tomatoes – 100 gm
  • Large Red Onions – 100 gm


Dice all the ingredients into 1 inch cubes

Dip all the ingredients in Bufalo Salsa Picante de Cacahuate except the Mozzarella Cheese.

And arrange the various ingredients in the skewer.

Add the Mozzarella cheese cube in the middle and the top most portion of the vegetable being skewed and grill. The melted cheese dripping over the vegetables and the Bufalo Salsa Picante de Cacahuate working as a marinade will make for a unique and lip smacking barbeque biting dish.
