Tasty Bean Dip

A dish of spices, chili and herbs makes this dip really tasty! It’s quick to make too! Have it with some nachos on the side!


  • ¾ cup of Island Sun Red Kidney Beans, soaked overnight. Drained of water.
  • 1 big cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs (of the dried variety)
  • Salt to taste


Pressure cook the beans with salt adequately.

Drain well. Transfer beans to a bowl.

Add all the other ingredients and mix well.

Refrigerate for an hour.

Serve with nacho chips.
