Hot Chilli Sauce is ubiquitously used in Oriental cuisine. The spiciness of the Chilli sauce and the most favourite snack ingredient – the humble potato combine to make a great starter dish that will be loved by everyone you serve it to.


  • Potatoes - 2 peeled and sliced
  • Corn flour- 3-4 Tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Honey – 1 cup
  • Oil – 4 tbsp
  • Flying Goose Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce– 2 tbsp


In a bowl, add corn flour, salt and red chilli sauce.  Add the sliced potatoes and mix well until the potatoes are coated. Dribble oil over them and grill them. Once they are crisp and cooked, arrange on a plate and dribble honey over the grilled potatoes and serve.
