This Jamaican  sauce has got all the flavors in it – simply add it to the meat of your choice and you will have a great curry!

Ingredients

  • 500 Grams meat of your choice
  • 1 TABLESPOON COOKING OIL
  • 2 tablespoons Chef Collin Brown Curry Cooking Sauce
  • Boiled peas
  • 1 plate Steamed rice

Method

Heat the oil in a pan. Fry meat, cut into tiny pieces till cooked completely.

Add the sauce and fry again till the meat absorbs the sauce well.

Serve hot with rice and peas.
