Light and refreshing coconut water moocktail mojito is a healthy drink for any evening or the morning after! The recipe makes one 250ml serving.


  • Lime, Cut into Four Wedges - 3
  • Fresh Mint - 2 Sprigs
  • Sugar – 3 Tsp
  • Ice Cubes – I Small Bucket
  • Chaokoh Coconut Water – I pack (330ml)
  • Sparkling water – 300ml


Add the lime wedges into a largemocktail bowl, squeezing as you do. Roughly chop the mint leaves and add them to the bowl. Crush the sugar with a rolling pin on a chopping board and add to the mocktail bowl. Add the coconut water and stir.

Add the ice, to a tall glass, pour 100 ml sparkling water on it, followed by 100 ml of the mocktail. Stir gently to mix and serve.
