This is a traditional, all-time favorite with a twist! Use condensed milk instead of milk and sugar -  and some raisin and nut biscuits instead of cashews and raisins, and voila!  you have a winner!

Fried bread slathered with a yummy concoction of nuts, bread, milk and sugar – absolutely yummy!

  • 2 Tablespoons refined cooking oil
  • 3 bread slices
  • 150 ml PEAK sweetened condensed milk
  • A pinch of saffron
  • 100 gms JEZYKI Caramel, Raisins and Nut biscuits
  • Pistachios for garnish

In a pan, fry the bread slices till crispy brown on the outside.

Remove from the oil, keep the slices aside on a plate.

In another pan mix the condensed milk and saffron together.

Crumble the biscuits and add to the mixture.

In a plate, place the toasted bread and pour the milk mixture over it.

Garnish with pistachios.

Serve hot.
