Chicken Quesadilla with Sriracha Salsa

Especially made for garlic lovers. The famous hot chilli sauce enriched with spicy garlic. Ideal for grilled meat, cold meat, ham, kebab, sandwiches, sausages, burgers, noodles, salads, tapas, soups, stews and rice crackers.


  • 2 Big flour tortilla
  • 1 Chicken breast
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • for serving Sour cream

Sriracha Salsa

  • 2 tbsp Flying Goose Extra Garlic Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 Tomatoes, diced
  • 3 tbsp Onion, diced
  • 1 tbsp Coriander, chopped


Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, oregano and olive oil for 2-3 hours. Grill the chicken then slice it to bite-sized pieces
Slice bell pepper into strips, sauté then set aside.

Make the salsa by mixing sriracha sauce with tomatoes, onion and coriander.

Place the chicken, sautéed bell pepper, salsa and cheddar cheese on tortilla.

Fold the tortilla in half and grill it on pan until cheese melted.

Drizzle extra garlic sriracha sauce on top, garnish with chopped coriander and serve with salsa and sour cream on the side.
