Asian Baguette with Sriracha Mayo

Sriracha Mayo is made from sun-ripened chilli and eggless mayonnaise to create smooth sauce ideal for sushi, sandwich.


  • 3 Mini Baguette
  • 3 tbsp Salted butter
  • 1 cup Grilled pork, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Japanese cucumber, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Flying Goose Sriracha Mayo Saucel
  • 1/4 cup Coriander and spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Red cayenne pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Pickled cucumber, sliced


Split the baguette and toast under a broiler until golden brown and perfectly crunchy. Spread the butter on the baguette.

Layer the carrot, Japanese cucumber, grilled pork and pickled cucumber on the bottom half of the baguette. Fold over the top half of the baguette and press gently to close.

Sprinkle with coriander, spring onion and red cayenne pepper.

Drizzle sriracha mayo on top. Ready to serve.
