Hoisin Sauce is made from quality soybean paste, ready to use with roasted meat and cold meat.


  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup Exotic Food Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 clove Garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha hot chilli sauce
  • for serving Green lettuce leaves
  • for garnish Sliced cayenne pepper and toasted white and black sesame


Mix hoisin sauce with ginger and garlic. Marinate the chicken in the prepared sauce for 1-2 hours.    

Heat grilling pan on medium heat, spray a little cooking spray into the pan. Grill the chicken until fully cooked. Slice chicken into small pieces.    

Boil the leaftover sauce from marinating, then pour sauce over grilled chicken pieces and toss to coat.    

Serve chicken with green lettuce leave, top with cayenne pepper and sesame.
