Grilled Salmon with Sweet Chilli Glaze sauce

Sweet Chilli Sauce is a sweet spicy sauce perfect for dipping with any fried dishes especially fried chicken and chips.


  • 2 pcs 150 g Salmon fillet
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 cup Exotic Food Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • for garnish Sliced scallion and toasted white and black sesame seed


Season the salmon with salt and pepper.

Place salmon on preheated pan, skin side down first. After 2-3 minutes, carefully turn the fish onto the other side.

Cook for another 2-5 minutes or until it is done.

Add sweet chilli sauce to the same pan and simmer until thickened. Season with soy sauce and ginger.

Toss salmon with sauce. Place salmon on plate and garnish with scallion and sesame.
