  • 200g Crab meat
  • 2tbsp Flying Goose Sriracha Hot Chilli Sauce
  • 1/2tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 100g Cream cheese
  • 1tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2tbsp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2tsp Black pepper, ground
  • 1tbsp Spring onion, sliced
  • for serving Toasted bread


Preheat oven to 200°c.

Mix all the ingredients (except crab meat and bread) together, add crab meat and stir lightly.

Scoop the mixture into oven-safe bowl, bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden.

Sprinkle with sliced spring onion. Serve with toasted bread.
