Potato Wedge with Sriracha Cheese Dip

  • 250g Frozen potato wedges
  • 1tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1tbsp Plain flour
  • 2cups Milk, warm
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1-2 tbsp Flying Goose Super Hot Sriracha Sauce
  • for frying Oil


Melt butter in small sauce pan on low heat, add flour and keep stirring for 2-5 minutes just until the flour is cooked.

Gradually add milk to the pan then add cheddar cheese. Stir well on each additon.

Add sriracha sauce and mix well. Set the cheese dip aside.

Fry potato wedges in hot oil and serve them with warm and gooey sriracha cheese dip.
